There are two things we prioritise above all else at ParkPlay – making sure everyone has a brilliant and safe experience.
Everyone has the right to be protected from harm and we are building a culture where all our staff, PlayLeaders and volunteers prioritise safety, positively and proactively.

How do we do this?
Operating Standards
We have a range of procedures and guidance in place to ensure ParkPlay operates safely. These include information on minimum operating standards, best practice, working ratios, risk assessments and more.
Emergencies
We have checklists in place to minimise the chances for any major incidents occurring. We also ensure that we have contingency plans in place, so we know what to do in the case of an emergency.
Safeguarding
We work hard to ensure ParkPlay is a safe place for everyone. We have specific training and guidance in place to safeguard both children and adults. Our team is on hand to deal with any matters that arise.
Photography
ParkPlay takes place in public spaces across the country. We ask anyone recording and sharing images while at ParkPlay to adhere to these principles, to ensure everyone involved has a brilliant and safe time.
Our Safeguarding Team
Teamwork is at the heart of ParkPlay! We have robust procedures in place for recruitment, and offer ongoing training and support to all members of our team, both virtually through our Team Hub and in person through our Central Team.
To ensure we promote and support safeguarding in the best way possible, our internal safeguarding team regularly review our procedures and can provide advice and support to staff and volunteers where needed. You can contact our team by email at safeguarding@park-play.com
