Terms and Conditions
ParkPlay is a free event which is organised by both the team at ParkPlay Limited (“we” or “us”) and volunteers.
We facilitate various activities at each of individual ParkPlay event, some of which may be physically active. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit and able to take part in any activity and do so at their own risk.
If a participant has any concerns, they must stop playing and let the ParkPlay PlayLeader know. Participants must declare all medical conditions on registration and certify that they do not suffer from any undisclosed medical or physical condition which might endanger themselves or others. Participants should always seek advice from their GP before taking up any strenuous physical pursuits.
Anyone under the age of 18 (children) needs to be registered to participate by a parent/guardian. Children are welcome to participate in ParkPlay but are the sole responsibility of their parent or guardian. Under 14s must always be accompanied before, during and after the event.
Participants take full responsibility for all personal belongings and possessions whilst taking part in ParkPlay. On the basis that we are providing a free service, we do not assume responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.
Participants are fully aware of the inherent dangers, risks and potential injury associated with the activity and voluntarily participate at their own risk. We do not accept responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained by a participant or those in their care.
ParkPlay does not provide insurance to the participants of the said activity, and that anyone who wished to be covered should provide their own insurance. ParkPlay hereby waives any responsibility and liability to any damages and injuries resulting from this activity.
ParkPlay events take place at various locations. Participants make use of the facilities at their own risk and without the express permission from either the organisers, the relevant park, or the Council authorities.

Any disputes that arise out of or in connection with a participant’s participation in ParkPlay shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
