ParkPlay’s commitment to good governance and accountability
ParkPlay is governed by a board which comprises an independent chair and other trustees who are appointed for fixed terms of 3 years, subject to a maximum of 3 consecutive terms. Biographies for each of the trustees are available here (insert a hyperlink to the biogs on our website).
The board meets at least 6 times per year to review performance, set strategy and approve all key decisions. ParkPlay has adopted the ICSA Code of Professional Ethics and Conduct and it’s 4 core principles of Integrity, High standard of service and competence, Transparency and Professional behaviour.
We are committed to holding ourselves accountable and being transparent in all areas of our work to our funding partners and other supporters on how we spend their money. By reviewing our spending against outcomes and results we learn and strive to do even better in the future and as part of this we welcome discussion and input from all quarters.
